Return Policy
We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order, so if for some reason this is not the case, please contact us at bloomwildlycreations@gmail.com.
We have a 7 day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at bloomwildlycreations@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Bloom Wildly Creations is not responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items damaged in transit will need to be photographed along with the damaged packaging.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Returns are not accepted for an item looking different than expected or being a different size than expected. Photos of items are provided in all the listings as well as detailed descriptions of the item and dimensions. As described in each listing, each of our pieces are handcrafted, with slight variations in wood-grain, shaping and colour. This adds to the beauty of our products, as no two will be the same.
Certain types of items cannot be returned that include, but are not limited to, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), sale items, or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Due to the small-batch nature of our toy releases, we cannot guarantee that a replacement for the same item will be available at the time of return.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. Please remember it can take some time for us to receive your return item and for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
